Since joining the firm in 2022, he has focused on investment analysis, process improvement, and delivering strategic insights that have supported the growth and development of the firm's mortgage investment platform.

Prior to joining Nicola Wealth, Curtis worked with a boutique mortgage lender, where he specialized in evaluating and underwriting high-yield real estate debt investments for institutional and private investors. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in television production with the Vancouver Canucks and Hockey Night in Canada.

Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Commerce from the University of British Columbia. He also serves on two committees at Vancouver's Marine Drive Golf Club.


Curtis brings extensive experience in mortgage investments and financial analysis to his role on the Mortgage Investments team.
