Matt Ablitt

Matt joins Nicola Wealth as Wealth Planning Intern. He brings more than a decade of leadership experience in hospitality, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, adaptability, and client-focused service.

A Red Seal Chef and former restaurant operations leader with the Fuller Group, he is now completing his final year of a Bachelor of Business Administration at BCIT, with a focus on business analytics, finance, and strategic management.

Matt is excited to apply his analytical mindset, work ethic, and collaborative approach to wealth management, with a long-term goal of advancing into portfolio management. A quick learner with strong interpersonal skills, Matt values collaboration and meaningful connections with clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, snowboarding, tennis, golf, cooking, and cheering on the Toronto Maple Leafs.
